The bumper and tail light were repaired. The trunk was not. No one talked to me or looked at the pictures of the accident to establish the full impact of the damage. Trunk does not align with the fender. Dent in trunk not repaired. Lack of human communication unsatisfactory. Great inconvenience to give up my car (w/baby car seats again).

Michael NcCarthy was very professional. He was polite and helpful when I brought the car in for service. He sent a text every day to let me know the status of my car. I also appreciate returning the rental car to you instead of at their store. My car looks excellent and all her bobo's are gone. Lol. Great job everyone.
