Keep good communication with customer on updates. On assessing our damaged car. Do not assume that an air bag light was not caused by the accident. This caused me too much headache with AAA.

Excellent service. Fast at processing papers and all. Excellent communication with constant updates via text or email. And right on time eight their estimated date. Most importantly, did an excellent fixing job. Great color match, reassembly, and etc.

Fernando was very helpful and friendly, and I liked the text messages about the status of my car. The only negative thing is that the reception desk seems disorganized, losing paperwork and apparently unaware of my appointment. When I called the day after leaving my car to ask if I could pick up something that I had left in the car, I had a lot of trouble getting through to a person, and when I finally did, I was left on hold for over 20 minutes. I ended up driving to the shop, waiting for help, getting the item out of my car and leaving while still on hold.
