I'm not sure if it was service king or Geico I'm not happy with. I felt since there was a recall on my car a GM rep should have looked at my car to see if the recall could have played a factor in my accident. I'm really frustrated with the outcome of the decision made.

Just picked up my van this evening, so far so good. Hector kept me well informed on the status of the repair. But whoever was sending the email status had the incorrect dates for when repairs would be complete..If I believed them I wouldn't have my van back until the 21st...besides that it was good

Over promising and under delivering. I spent the last week being told that my car would be ready every day. Honesty is best. Don't tell the customer what you think they want to hear. Stick to the truth. My car was with you for 2.5 weeks when the original estimate was 4-5 days. And my impression is that my car spent most of that time sitting by while a poorly staffed or scheduled team worked on other cars. And the back ordered part does not factor in to the last week when I was being promised my car every day. Lastly, for the type of work done and the ticket price you get for that work, it would be nice to get back a clean car. Doesn't have to be highly detailed, but a once over to ensure there isn't evidence of being in a body shop would be nice.

Car repaired nicely, Richard was wonderful. But receptionist was unfriendly and brisk as if she was begrudged by the customer that is approaching the counter. I probably will not use service king due to the unfriendly treatment at front desk. She is the one with long black hair. She was smiling with the other receptionist, and as soon as she saw that there was a customer, she looked like she didn't want to be there.

First, Hector Vasquez was terrific in keeping me informed as to the progress on the repairs to my Pontiac. He was always polite and most helpful. Secondly, I appreciated being able to discuss the car directly with your shop personnel as to what and how things were to be done. This was most reasuring and informative.
