Truck took longer to fix than stated. Ask service person to also fix mirror while the other work was being done. It wasn’t fixed. Back up camera is not working correctly. Didn’t notify me that I would have to bring the insurance check to pick up my truck. Wouldn’t bill our company. We bring almost **** vehicle a month to you. Long waiting time to drop off my truck even though I had an appointment. Waited to pick up my truck. I had to pay for the truck myself. I was dropped off and had no way to leave. I will make sure we don’t use service king anymore.

My service Advisor, Luis Ramirez, kept me updated I think twice a week on the status and progress of the rapair of my vehicle - very much appreciated. Outstanding! My vehicle was clean inside and out when I received it. My 1997 4-Runner looked as good as ever. A Big thank you Service King!! I would definitely recommend Services King to anyone who needs collision repair.

The most important thing is that they did a good job and completely cleaned my car. Really appreciate them doing all the little details to make my car as good as it was before it was vandalized. That will make me want to be a repeat customer if this ever happens again.
