The repair turned out okay. I'll be bringing it back to take a look at an eyesore. My main gripe is with the lack of communication. Mike was my point of contact. The original date of completion was Friday, 9/29. I called to make sure it would be ready. Ashley took my message and Mike was supposed to call me back. I never received a call. I called again on Monday, 10/2. Ashley said that Mike was at lunch and would call me back. After about two hours, I called again and spoke to Mike. He said that my car would be finished Tuesday evening, Wednesday at the latest. I never did receive a call. However, I did receive a call from Enterprise Car Rental and they said that my insurance was only paying through Tuesday. That was because Mike never relayed the change in finish date to them. Wednesday came and went and I still never heard from Mike. Finally, around **** PM on Friday, 10/6, I called the shop again and spoke to Ashley. She said that my car was ready. I immediately went to the shop to get my car. Once again, Enterprise was going to charge me a day's rental fee because Mike failed to update them on what was happening. Overall, I'd say I had a very poor experience at Dattilo's.

Thank you for vacuuming and cleaning the interior of our car after you completed the needed repairs. My wife was pleasantly surprised when she got in it after I picked it up today. Excellent service.

Great service, so easy in and out. The staff was knowledgeable and very helpful. The easiest service I have ever had. Everything went so smoothly, left the car after going over what was to be done and received the rental all within 15 to 20 minutes.

The paint repair looked awesome and the car was returned quickly.

Very professional, very efficient, flawless service. What was promised was delivered. Geico made an excellent choice with this body shop. Enterprise was also supberb...called to make sure car was satisfactory. Loved the automated service with progress of repair.
