After having my vehicle for 14 days the hood at the POI was still not lined back up to pre loss condition. I pointed it out immediately to Braxton, has comment was to take it home and let my friends and family look at it. Really?? Very cute how he shewed me away so he could move on with his day.

Too long of a wait and I'm disappointed in Mike's customer service. One and a half weeks on a bumper and piece of glass is ridiculous...after one week I was called to pickup the car when the service wasn't completed then had to wait another three days without transportation.
