Ashley is the crudest, rudest and most unhelpful customer service provider I've ever encountered in my entire life! Bar none. She would greatly benefit from the same training program that Lauren attended. Lauren was/is an absolute pleasure to deal with. I hope this feedback is not in vain, as I submit it in the true hope of preventing anyone else from being subjected to Ashley's nasty attitude.
