Repairs look good. Communication with Marco and the shop was good every step of the way. They installed the wrong trim piece on my hood and when I brought it to Marco's attention, he ordered the correct trim and had it installed within a couple of days.

Marco White managed to my time line which was very tight and.dealt with Encompass ( never heard of them) who insured the party who rear ended us.
Marco called with daily updates, got OEM parts approved by insurance co that wanted after Mkt parts etc etc. I will definitely refer to Classic!

I honestly can say, Jason Campbell at Classic Collision couldn't have taken better care of me and the process.
Everyday, I received updates with what percent the car was from being completed.
In the end, the car looked great, Enterprise picked up my rental at Classic and even though I had to pay 500 for the deductible the customer experience I had took away any of my buyer's remorse.
I will always use these guys.
