Service was beyond excellent! Our representative, Marco was very professional and explained the repairs that were done to our vehicle in detail. We received timely text messages letting us know when repairs were beginning, an estimated date of completion, and the date and time our vehicle was ready for pick up. The car looks great! They did an excellent job on matching the paint color. Thank you for providing excellent service Marco.

The paint matched very well and it was good to work with Mikhail my rep. He did a great job and it is nice to know that if the door opening and closing problem does not smooth out in a week I can bring the car back because of the guarantee.

Marco from Collision was excellent! Great communication and follow up. Even though he is busy, he makes you feel like his #**** customer! Also, the girl who collects your deductible and gives you the paperwork was excellent. She is very efficient and friendly. She made the check out process very easy for me.
