I worked with Billy while getting my Subaru repaired. However, everyone at the shop was so kind and welcoming, and your technicians took such great care of my baby. My car is beautifully cleaned, the repair is perfect. Even the inside of my car was cleaned! I am so very thankful for the work that was put into my car. The quality of the work is very good and I am satisfied overall. However, there is/was no presence of a warm, welcome greeting from walking in the door. Reception felt very distant and strange. No one was rude nor impolite. Meant only for constructive criticism: A warmer welcome/greeting to a new customer would help make the customer want to return in the future.
