I received the wrong car at pickup for enterprise. My deductible was the wrong amount and was forced to pay something that wasn't correct. I also got my diminishment check sent to the wrong address because they failed to confirm with me as the customer of the address was correct.

I spoke with the repair man about a part of the job where it clearly shows the rubber from the glass to the roof it's not completely covered. There is small space in between in both corners of the roof. I went ahead and took my car home but the air hits that little area while traveling and makes a lot of noise. I don't know what's going to happened when it rains yet. I called the manager on Thursday and explained to him how I was feeling about the job. He told me that he will call back after he talks with his glass man. I never heard from him. I called him back to day and left a message to call me back and I never heard from him. I paid my deductible and everything and I'm not happy. Can you help me with this? Thanks Alberto

Randy Witt did an outstanding job of keeping me informed of the repair progress and called me when ready for pickup.
