Avery Hodge was terrific with all aspects of the process and the speed with which the repair was done was simply outstanding. The only hiccup was the confusion displayed by the person answering the phone and working the front desk...initially scheduling me to come in for the repair and when I called to confirm she said I should not have been scheduled yet, since we did not pay for the part to come in and wondered who scheduled me when it was her.

Wow...not sure where to start. From the second we first walked in to get a quote, to the time we drove off the lot with our beautiful "new" car, everything was 100% perfect. The car looked beautiful when I got it back. It was like I never got into an accident! The team also kept me updated throughout the whole process. Brit and Jason were extremely nice and informative. I hope I don't have anymore accidents, but if I do, I will be choosing Classic Collision for repairs. (:
