Erika did a great job! I needed the car by a certain time to return to my so not of state. She kept me posted on the repair work and the car was delivered on time. The repair crew did a great job too.

Don't like the canned texts every morning that give me no useful info and the info it does give varies with true situation. Just aggravated me. Otherwise it appears the repairs were fine and done in a timely manner which is the important thing. Also was repeatedly told my car would be washed prior to pickup Not done. Understand you are trying to add customer service frills but if not performed with sincerity it just aggravates the customer.

My 2013 Lexus RX350 was in repair for damage to the right rear door. When I got my vehicle back, I noticed that the new door was missalligned, there were flaws in the paint, beads in the paint, paint residue on the window trim.
