Took too long to have my car repaired. (11/17/15-12/8/15) Deadline for the completion of repairs kept getting pushed back. I called shop to get an update on the car, and I was on hold for an hour and 12 minutes. I drove to the shop to show them I was still on hold on speaker phone. Natasha is the one who answered the phone. When I got my car back, the buttons to lock/unlock the car did not work. I also had ants in my car. Overall experience was awful.
