You must be joking. I asked for my car to be repaired with 100% brand new OEM parts regardless of what the insurance company requested. They half listened to me and half listened to the insurance company.

I have had car repair 3 times at CC. The service has always been outstanding! I truly appreciate how fast you are able to turn over my vehicle. I love the constant communication with my rep for follow up and appreciate Geico and my rental car on premise! You are all wonderful!!!

Picked up my car and there were dirty finger and hand marks all over the inside of the car, especially on the roof fabric lining, not really sure it will be able to come out completely, getting home and finding this and hearing I need to take it all the way back to the shop which is not close is very frustrating. Doesn't make me feel good about spending 6grand with this business. I have to say the representative that helped me with this process was a very nice and helpful guy but I don't understand how he didn't see any of the marks upon the final inspection and before he called me to come pick it up! I am seriously hoping the company will make this right!
