Chelsea Harmon is a gem! She called regularly with updates on the repairs, and was extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful when we picked up the car. It's nice in these days of poor or indifferent service to encounter a person like Chelsea, who really enjoys her work and interacting with customers! Oh, and by the way, the repair work was well done and car looks beautiful!

One thing.....when I got in my car, the front driver seat was pushed all the way back and lowered, so that I had to spend a few minutes trying to figure out how to get my seat set back to the way it works for me. It would be nice if your porters or whoever would simply leave the seats alone. There was no need to adjust the seat!

i signed authorization papers on a Monday. On Friday 5 days later, Geico rep informed me they did not have them. After checking, they did find them, thus delaying stsrt of my repair
