I must say I was extremely impressed with the results. The staff exceeded my expectations. One of the reasons I chose to try Claasis Collision is the company is family owned. I thought you would give a better job than national shop. 5 stars folks!! My car is beautiful and you made it that way. You have life time customer.

I brought my car in for repairs on Thursday, August 31st. The estimate was $****,300, and the car was to be ready on Tues, Sept 5th. At 4:30 p.m. Friday, Sept 1st I received a text that changed the estimate to $3,600, and the delivery date to Friday, Sept 8th. No explanation, no phone call, no heads up, no customer service. The situation was very disappointing.

Finished repairs early which is always great. Car looks like new even though it's 10 years old. Very impressed. Hope I don't need them again but if needs arise they would be my first choice.
