The repair on my Altima definitely had the "WOW" factor! The work done by Classic Collision was amazing. They went over and above working on the repair and the end result was fantastic. A big thanks to the tech who did the work, to Rick for overseeing the work and to Lyndsy for the awesome communication throughout the repair process. If you want your vehicle repaired right and in a timely manner Classic Collision is the place to go. I will definitely recommend them to anyone. My car is a testimony to their high quality work a d attention to detail.

Everyone went above and beyond to meet my needs. Especially appreciated Kia for her constant efforts to keep me apprised of the progress so I didn't have to monitor. Car was returned to me looking better than I expected! Joe was very thorough in his appraisal, and came out to answer my questions when I came to pick it up.

I was really happy with my experience. The gentleman that I worked directly with was wonderful, I can't think of his name at the moment, and provided excellent customer service. I was immediately greeted at drop off and pick up, and provided all the information about warranties ect. He also made sure that I had my garage door opener that I foegot in the rental car. Above all else my car looks great!!!
