My main concern was the squeaking and scraping nose cause by the accident. Not happy that your mechanic didn't find the problem, instead you guys tell me what you think the problem is and how its probably caused by wear and tear. Your shop just fixed the cosmetic damage and took the payment from the insurance company and left me to figure out the rest. Looks like you were too busy to find the problem so you decided to speculate and just get paid for what was obvious and easy to fix. Wouldn't trust your shop with any future repairs.

I do appreciated the kind customer service I received by those i meant and talk too if it was in person or on the phone . I thank Crystal for keeping me in the loop with the process. The only thing that I was disappointed with was I wished that the vehicle was driven first before I had driven it off the lot. I didn't like how the vehicle drove afterward and the fact I had to call to inquiring that the vehicle wasn't driving smothly as it did.

I was very happy with the speed of the repair and the results. My only complaint is the fact that I had to call a couple of times to get an appointment to bring the car in when I was told I would receive a call telling me when to bring it in.

I wish i would have taken my car their at first the team was great the met me with a great opion about my problem my thing for geico was awful from the first repair but this team was great very nice i know they cared about my problem thank u ms steele

I found a walker talkie under my seat the day after I picked up my vehicle. I assume it belongs to Classic Collision or perhaps Geiko/Enterprise next door. My son is bringing his rental today ****/7/16 & will drop it off.
