Wheel was damaged, paint was lighter than car across entire front over both wheel scratched on right side over wheel and dented in it was a horrific sight. I put in a complaint to State Farm.

This is the second time I have had y'all do work on my truck and I have been 100% satisfied each time. Everyone was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. In particular, Sandra was a huge help going back and forth with the insurance company to make sure I got my vehicle before the weekend. She is a sweetheart and made a typically frustrating experience into an enjoyable one. Thank you TJ Costen

The GEICO team was amazing! I had a horrible experience with Enterprise. They gave me a car with very little coolant, needed servicing. The transmission locked up during the rental. I reported it and it wasn't taken seriously by Kevin at Enterprise. Extremely dissatisfied with the Enterprise.

My experience there at your establishment was quite rewarding, from the initial greeting of the receptionist, down to the very last encounter with the gentleman in which released my vehicle back to me. Mr. Ajibola was exceptional. His level of customer service was impeccable!

I left and got to my house which is two blocks away and my tire pressure monitor came on. Looked and it's a screw from a car in my back right tire. Wasn't there when I dropped it off.

After repeatedly telling Sean King and Walle that there was a leak in my fuel system and that I feared for my safety they stated that they could not locate it. This was despite the fact that my insurer, USAA, had already paid a property damage claim for a large fuel spillage connected to my accident. I repeatedly told Sean that I smelled gasoline inside the vehicle immediately after the accident. I was told to take my car to the Mercedes dealer and let them diagnose any fuel problems. At the eleventh hour, just before advising me that the car repairs were completed, Sean called to let me know that they had smelled gasoline coming from the underside of the car and that the fuel gauge amount was lower than when the car was first taken into the shop. Finally a leak was found in the fuel tank. I am very exasperated that it took so long to discover the fuel leak. It seemed to me that it was easier for your personnel to discount what I reported to them than to try harder to find the fuel leak. I have lost confidence in their abilities. I paid for the car to be driven to the Mercedes dealer so that it could be checked out for other possible fuel issues. I could not trust that there were not additional leaks in the fuel system. I cannot recommend Classic Collision.

I called twice to book my appointment through the USAA rep at your shop who never returned my phone call. I called back a third time and Tamara **** actually took the time to make my appointment. I called in after a full week of my car being left with no updates to see where my car stands as far as its repair work. After that point, I started getting updates and emails about status. I am happy to have my car returned but sad that I had to bring it back shortly after picking it up because some final details were not taken care of. It was not a terrible experience but not a great one either.
