I'm a geico customer who felt cheated after picking up my car,the work was incomplete!! I drop my car off at clasico collision not only was my service denied, but my service was Incomplete and not up to my satisfaction,after showing the Geico agent the Mess in my car she had one of the shop guys repair it,while driving out of the lot I notice my Sensor light still wasn't working. I Immediately call classical collision and inform Ms.Watts the Geico agent my sensor wasn't working All !! Although she said she had the door check but not the sensor because the light was off... Regarless of me,(the customer) being the customer and informing Ms.Watts and Ms.****,her partner, what's wrong with the car. Ms.Watts the geico Agent made her own ASSUMPTION that due to the fact, the light was off she didn't have to have it check OUT by the Mercedes Benz Dealership.... NOW I HAVE TO make a second trip across Atlanta when this should have been taken care of in the first place !! My service at classic Collison was horrible and I'm never going back there again for ANY TYPE of service ! I'm being told My Door that was working just fine before the accident WILL NOT BE REPAIR !!! Although it was working fine before !! I'm also submitting a letter to your Corporate office in Maryland. P.S. Not to Mention about the others problems That occurred while at classic collision.

Everyone I spoke to were very nice and courteous. Sandra is a saint; she guided me through the process and kept me updated all along the way. It was a pleasure to work with her. I was referred by my Mini dealership; they told me Classic Collision was the only place to go. They were absolutely right. Joseph E

I was annoyed that I received a text on Friday telling me that my vehicle was ready for pickup, but when I arrived Monday morning, my vehicle was not ready. Other than that hiccup, service was spot on.

Tamara and the guys in the repair shop did a great job explaining everything and keeping me updated on progress. Everything was back, good as new, a day earlier than was originally estimated. Great overall experience, it was especially nice having the rental agency right there in the shop. Will come back if ever needed again.

I am indeed satisfied with the repairs. However, I am completely disappointed in the process. This is perhaps the 10th experience at your location with vehicle repair, and by far, the worst in terms of customer experience. My rep Kehri was extremely personable. However, the lack of internal communication was extremely unnerving as well as taxing in terms of having to communicate, not once, but more than three times the same exact message. Process improvements for internal communication are strongly suggested. It seems that the one person who has a grasp is the fabulous Marni. I will be going elsewhere for future needs.
