This is the worst experience I have ever had. When I picked up my car, I realized that my front driver-side turn-signal was not working. I advised the service advisor (Ms. ****) about it and she got one of the technician to look into it. The technician advised the bulb was bad and in order to fix it, the bumper needs to come off. Minutes later, Ms. **** told me that her boss wanted to talk to me so we both went to his office. While we were waiting for, I stepped in the adjacent conference room to use my phone and what followed was a nightmare. The boss, who refused to give his name, came in the conference and told me "you need to get out of here! You have no business being here! You need to leave the property!" For a hot second, I thought this was a prank until I realized that this guy was serious. I explained that I'm here to talk to him because he summoned me to his office. He replied that the malfunction with my turn signal is a maintenance issued. I asked what do you mean by maintenance issue twice and in both instances, he made fun of my accent by attempting to correct me phonetically. He became agitated and ordered me to leave the dwelling. I asked him for his name and his boss' name but he never gave me that info. He called 911 and requested Atlanta Police to remove me from the premise. I paid 500 deductible for unfinished work, got ridiculed and disrespected by the boss and escorted out by the police. WHAT HAPPEN TO CUSTOMER SERVICE? It's like I got extorted by a criminal who manipulated the law to victimize me. Is that what customer service amounts to at classic collision of buckhead? There is no doubt the so-called boss was a racist who doesn't care about minorities like me. You can tell by the demeanor of the rest of the employees that this racist runs that place like a slave ship. At this point, this guy doesn't belong to work in buckhead where we **** diversity.

Classic was great but Enterprise needs help. I phoned Buckhead Enterprise, at Classic's suggestion, to be sure rentals were available. I was told "yes" but that was not the case causing me to make a return trip to Classic the following day. I live and work near Classic so the return was not a huge inconvenience to me but for many others it would have been. Enterprise needs to meet Classic's standard of service. The Enterprise agent at Classic was not to blame; he was not supported by his Enterprise counterpart up the street.

Unfortunately, the inside of my car looks as if the doors, glove box,storage box lid were all left open during painting. The car was clean when it went in. The inside was a mess when picked up.
