Great experience! There were some issues that caused my car to be delayed and it was unfortunate. Instead of the company just putting the pieces back together, since the problem would not have been noticeable, they took an extra day or 2 to fix the problem correctly. They were apologetic and worked hard to get the job done earlier than the new expected date. They also set out to fix any inconveniences that arose on my end. Their service was greatly appreciated. Things happen as we all know but the company went above and beyond to resolve the car issue and insure that my experience was outstanding overall. Thanks to Tamera and the Manager working at the time.

The entire team that helped me (Nick, his assistant, and the rental rep) where professional acting and made me believe that I was in good hands. The repairs were done on time. The insurance process was quickly handled without me being involved. My overall experience was very positive, and I would not hesitate to recommend Classic Collision to my friends

I was under the impression that my brand new car would be repaired back to original working conditions. After I picked up my vehicle, a few hours later I called back to express that the car's alignment was not properly taken care of. The manager, Rahshad (I believe was his name), indicated that my car was never driven off the lot after the repairs so the alignment should not have been affected. I then took the car to the dealership, where they showed me clear evidence that there was still structural damage on my vehicle and the repairs were not fully completed. When I brought the vehicle back, I was given multiple excuses as to why this error happened. Little to no apologies for the additional time and effort that was taken out of my working day to uncover errors that should not have happened in the first place. I will NEVER work with this establishment again.

Worst body shop experience I have had. I have taken my vehicles here before but the repair work this time around was terrible. It was worse than Maaco. Will never use and will recommend friends and family to go somewhere else.

Great service!!! Tamara **** made me feel like my car was in great hands kept me up to date with phone calls letting me know what part of the process was going on .. Made me feel better about the accident .. Rashon Lofton also made me feel like my car was gonna be good as new and he and his team did a great job on the repairs .. The Geico team (Amber Feagins ) she made sure I knew exactly what was being done and that I understood the claim process..overall great team

It was raining when I picked up my car. So instead of parking it under the roof, they put it outside .. Therefore I never looked at your work till I got home . All is fine , looks good. However, now I have to make another trip over to your place to pick up a bag which was in my trunk. Not sure why it was even removed at all; since all work was on the front of my car... I really think y'all could run a tighter ship; also, the dollars I keep in my center console are glaringly gone... I use them for tips, so it's ok.
