I was satisfied with the communication between myself and Jennifer. However, when I picked up my car a **** Barbour jacket 150 was missing from the back seat. I was told that CC assumes no liability for stolen items, however, with employees knowing this they know that there is no repurcussion soft stealing out of a customers car. To solve this issue , I recommend CC inspection of the car prior to turning it over and requiring customers to take anything of value. This way CC can still assume no liability but have a check in place. It is also sad that someone would steal something out of a car when that same person is paying their salary.

In one word disaster.
Painting not done well (painted over hair , scratches on the surface , detailing not done the first time after reporting this buffing done very poorly) overall very possible corner was cut to wrap up the work.

While I understand that Classic Collisions Buckhead is a very busy shop; I expected better communication. Most of the time I had to call to check on the status of my repair. They also told me they could provide a leak test, and that was not the truth. They instead sent my vehicle to a dealer for repairs without asking me about it.

I used classic collision upon the recommendation of Geico as part of their auto repair express program. Rashaun was great and made sure that all the work was completed correctly and patiently answered my questions. I was pleased with the actual work done on my car and the speed in which it was completed.
However, Tamara, while continually ensuring me that she was providing excellent customer service, was not in fact providing excellent customer service. From the initial appointment, to follow up phone calls and returns to the shop, she had a condescending and dismissive attitude with me. For example: She called about noon to tell me my car would likely be ready that day and assured me that she would call me when my car was ready. So, I stayed late at work so I could pick up on my way home - never heard from her. Fast forward to 5:45 pm and find out that they called and texted my husband an hour earlier (who was not involved in the process & I gave classic/geico/tamara all my correct phone number which they had previously used exclusively) to pick up the car. By that time, I was unable to make it to the shop by 6 pm and called to tell Tamara and again got the exasperated "Well, when can you pick it up, then?" When I went to pick up my car the next day, I was told "Your car was ready yesterday." I get that the system probably switched the phone numbers, etc. and that stuff happens all the time. What I don't appreciate is receiving an attitude for Classic Collision's mistake. All of my interactions with her had a similar tone. I don't think that asking, very limited, questions about the process should result in that type of customer service.
