Your group handled the bumper problem like champs so far. Inside the trunk was a mess and the leather steering wheel had wax on the right hand side. The wax stripped the shine from the the steering wheel. I have picture if needed.

I was not satisfied with the lack of communication during the time my vehicle was being serviced. I was told that I would be informed each step of the way, including once an estimate was made and updates on the timeframe that I should expect my vehicle to be under repair. I did not receive any phone calls or emails regarding my vehicle until the day my car was ready. I received updates by contacting the shop myself. When informed that my vehicle would be ready on 10/9/15, I expected that I would receive some call on that day, to confirm or let me know that it would take longer. I received no call and decided to call myself and was then told that it would be ready the next week instead. The service didn't meet my expectations.

When I first took my car in for an estimate, Nick was very helpful in letting me know what I needed to do as far as submitting my claim through insurance in order to get CC to do the repairs. Jennifer did a great job letting me know the progress of my car and it was ready much earlier than expected. Thanks so much! The car looks great!

I was extremely dissatisfied with the service I recieved. They had my car for three weeks, and called me last Friday to tell me it was ready. I drove all the way down there, waited over half an hour for them to get my car bc they didn't bother to clean it before I arrived, and when I got into my car I noticed they never bothered to repair the fuel sensor (which broke as a result of the accident- I had half a tank of gas before someone crashed into that exact spot on my car and immediately after it was flashing "0 miles to empty"). They tried to tell me I just needed to put gas in it. So I went and put 20 in it. Nothing changed, still flashed "0 miles to empty". I went back to classic collision to tell them this and they had the nerve to tell me to "just put a little more gas in it". Not one person would accept responsibility or apologize for the fact they were negligent and careless and didn't check to make sure everything in my car was functioning properly. I wasted an hour and a half of my time last Friday and all I heard from the staff was excuses about how it wasn't their responsibility to check it. One guy asked me if I specifically told them to look at the fuel sensor. There was 8500 worth of damage done to my car- 3 pages of everything they had to fix, and I was supposed to tell them every single thing they needed to repair? You guys are a collision repair shop. It's your JOB to inspect cars, assess what needs repairing after an accident, and then repair it. I got my car back yesterday finally, and still no one apologized for the terrible job they did, or for wasting my time last week. I still heard even more excuses. I will never use classic collision again, and I will adimently tell everyone to never use them either if they can help it.
