Alex was absolutely the best to work with! From the moment we met until the conclusion of the repair, he kept me completely informed of what was happening with the repair of my vehicle. Crystal was great!! Kept me informed like she said she would at every step of the process. She did the walk around, offered me water, explained the warranty information, the whole 9 yards. Nothing more I could have asked of her except her number :) I had never used your company before and she is a great representative for you. The inside if the handles were rough inside of the handles on the side that was hit. The inside of the handles of the side that was not hit were smooth. I will come back of Friday, 2/10.
