Why have a customer fill out a daily communication form stating they would be contacted by the collision center each day, when one was doing the calling themselves and not getting a return call back by Seth?? This is unacceptable and disappointed with the lack of service.

Alex kept me in the loop, updating me constantly and we had a wonderful clear and open line of communication. They did a fantastic job with my car, and it looks good as new!! I really appreciate all the care they took, the work they did, and the kindness they provided. I'll recommend them to anyone and everyone. The whole process was handled exceptionally well. The work done was excellent. But your staff, especially Crystal and Josh were a pleasure to work with. I loved that they kept me informed throughout the repairs. They were ready with my parts when I dropped the car off and they kept me posted as to expected delivery day and delivered earlier than promised. Great job!
