This was by far the best experience I have ever had. This was also the first time I have smiled in 2 months after the loss of both of my parents. When we first walked in we were treated exceptionally well by Steven Craftonkarnes. He walked us through the entire process of what was going to occur. Upon leaving i thought that would be the end of hearing from him. Besides i meet people every day saying they would keep in touch especially when dealing with business. Both him and shannon prince called every day to tell me where our car was located in the process, and also provided me information as if to explain anything necessary. In short I'm thoroughly impressed. Classic collision is made richer by these two, and should be glad that they are there to greet and receive new customers. Thank you, Aric Ledford

Disappointed that it take Classic Collision 11 days to repair a dent. If I didn’t call to get a update on the progress on my car it would have taken them longer to repair a dent. I was told by Jordyn and the supervisor on duty that others insurance company claim — State Farm and Geico will go before my car. I chose Classic Collision to repair my car because of my previous experiences with them (3 separate repair). Alex was great and keep me informed, I cannot say that about Jordyn. Very Disappointed customer!!!

Alejandro was extremely helpful and kept us informed of the repair progress. The only negative was with the time that it took to get the Hertz rental and this was not Classic Collision’ s fault. I would recommend Classic Collision for any future repairs.

Alex kept me updated at every milestone. Moreover, Alex was integral in handling the claim with State Farm. Effectively, we dropped the car off and a week later we had our vehicle back fully repaired. It was really amazing, we placed one call to State Farm, met with Alex when the vehicle was dropped off, and all was taken care of. I’ve never, ever experienced anything like this with any service I’ve been involved with. All industries should heed this approach...such a great experience! Thank you very much Alex and Classic Collision

Alex Dumas and the entire team at Classic Collision are really awesome. This is our return trip not always the reason we want to be back because of an accident. Alex was particularly supportive during the prolonged repair of my car. The delays we're with Mazda backordered parts and had nothing to do with Classic. He kept me informed and, in the end, actually found the part before Mazda did. Thanks to Classic.

Everyone was so helpful. I received regular updates on the status of my vehicle, which was very helpful. Not only did my car look great with the repairs, but they had my car cleaned up and looking immaculate.

Moving forward, please don’t tell someone their car is ready until it actually is. At least twice you told me to pick it up when the repairs were ongoing. I don’t understand that.
