Jordan was absolutely amazing! She kept me updated via text on the status of my car, and she would call when things were going to take a little longer than expected. When I came to pick up my car, it looked great! Looked like it had never been hit and it was freshly washed! I am definitely satisfied with the great service I received with Classic Collision, and I told Jordan that she made a difficult situation much much easier!

I was told at about 12:45 that it would be ready to pick up if I arrived at 2:00. I arrived at approximately 2:45 and had to wait for about 35 minutes.

Alex was wonderful to work with, always kept me up to date on what was happening with my vehicle. He took care of the insurance paperwork along with switching out rental companies. I will definitely go back to Classic Collision for all future needs, if they are needed!

I felt that the times scheduled for me were made in advance and I always had to wait 20-30 minutes before I was seen every time. The estimate dates were way off. The work done was acceptable but not excellent. I have used you in the past and I had a better experience so that is why I came back.
