Mr. Dumas is very kind and took the time to answer all my questions and I had a lot! I didn't understand part of the repair so he showed me on the car what pieces were as they were listed on the repair order. He was always smiling and friendly.

I've never experienced such thorough work, follow-up, coordination, and communication. The quality of the workmanship was superior. On par or better than one would get in any custom repair shop, anywhere. The seamless integration with the insurer (State Farm) was a priceless blessing. The work was finished ahead of schedule. Everybody we encountered was courteous and customer service oriented. I can't think of a single negative thing or drawback. the entire process was smooth and seamless.
