Horrible customer service!!! Waited too long to even be asked if I needed help. Had to leave the car on the day of pickup because the mud flap was super loose!came back today to pick the car up and the bumper which they removed was loose! They claim the small dent was the reason that bumper wouldn't go back on correctly. The dent wasn't even near the top part of the bumper!!! Thanks they had the nerve to say I wanted them to fix damage that was already done to the car!!! I told them that bumper was in place when I brought the car to them and all I expected was for them to put it back the way I was when I first brought the car to them!!! The guy was nice, but I didn't appreciate the poor service. I will never recommend them. They need to speed up customer service. Ridiculously Slow as molasses!!

Jonathan and the older gentleman at the front desk were wonderful. Genuinely caring and made the process so very smooth. The car looks great. Im very pleased.
