Rick Malady was our advisor/service rep and it was the best customer service I have ever received with any vehicle service/repair. Rick walked me through the process, stayed in touch with me for the week duration of repairs that were needed. He also noted that the check engine light came on and took me to the Mercedes dealership service area and made sure they took care of me only to follow up after I went home. Great service and I will definitely recommend Rick at the collision center.

Satisfied with the repair on my car. Advisor was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Office was clean and inviting. Front desk person was not friendly or welcoming.

The quality of service was outstanding. Everyone was very friendly and competent. Chet Hubbard went above and beyond my expectations. He was very professional and informative throughout the entire process. He contacted me at a minimum every other day with updates on the status of my Lexus. He truly cared about delivering exceptional quality. I highly recommend the Hendrick Luxury Collision Center off Independence Blvd for any repair needs!
