My service advisor took such good care of my car and made sure that it was repaired correctly. I loved getting the text message updates and appreciated that John called me part-way through the repairs and when they were completed. It was the perfect amount of communication. I have already recommended First Team to a friend based on the quality of my repairs and the excellent customer service I received.

John took excellent care of us throughout the entire process from assessing the damages to ensuring the work was finished not only on time but ahead of schedule! Our hitch was damaged during the accident and John was able to get us a new hitch that was an upgrade due to the manufacturer going out of business. Also, our vehicle was returned to us washed and waxed! In a nutshell, we are very happy with the quality of work that was done and will absolutely be back for business if the need ever arises. My car has several scratches on it, the window visors are scratched up, there's a dent in my trunk lid and a pain run by my front door. I had to call times on Thursday to see if my car is done. Finally called the supervisor. She said the car was on its way to get lined up and that didn't happen until this morning. I will be calling the supervisor back to talk about the poor customer service and the condition of my car and to get it repaired to how my car was before my accident. The car was dirty and I didn't get a phone call today to tell me my car was done.

Our representative Jeff was very nice and professional. He seems very busy and is sometimes difficult to reach. Things seemed a little disorganized getting the car into the shop, once it was in the shop they seem to do a good job. We did have to remind them for different times that they were supposed to make an extra key for us which wasn't ready when the car was ready.

Repair job was excellent. My only complaint on the repair is length of time it took after drop off was 2.5 weeks. Overview: repair bumper and trunk door, no electronic or engine parts changed, parts were already arrived prior to drop off, vehicle is 2015 model. Customer service was very poor and unprofessional. The initial estimate of the car was approximately 3400; final price was 4400. I was self pay and this is quite a significant offset that I was not prepared for. Fortunately/unfortunately, the repair took long enough (2.5 wks) that I was able to find extra funds. I recommend that the estimators follow up on actual costs at the end to become more accurate. When I called to check status, I was frequently handed off to multiple people, typically 3. Every time, I have had to leave a message that was returned only twice out of the 9-10 messages that I've left over the course of 2 months. When I did finally reach Jeff, he was very nice and answered appropriately. On two separate days, I physically visited First Team after the estimated completion date (based on the online estimate), I was not able to find the status of my vehicle and was told to leave a messages, neither of which were returned by phone or online. When I physically visited First Team, I could tell the front desk was getting push back from people who worked in the back. I recommend increased employee communication and respect as there is lack of "team" in "First Team." Online, as indicated earlier, the completion date/estimate is not accurate and not updated. The estimated price was accurate and was very helpful. Thank you for reading.

John was amazing. The personal calls along with the automated text updates on how far along my car was in the process made it possible for me to not feel anxious about what was going on with my car. gor the first time, my car was ready right on time. The whole team was fantastic. Thanks again!
