Final product was great, vehicle looks awesome. Had some hiccups with parts due to mixups with the insurance company. What was originally supposed to be a 4 or 5 day process turned into 15 days total. I dont work in the industry so i dont know what (if anything) could have been done differently. Karen was just as frustrated with the situation as I was so I will give her benefit of doubt in the matter. Ultimately, just thankful my vehicle looks great.

Andy and the entire staff at First Team Collision were professional, organized, curtious, and accommodating from the moment I dropped off my car to when i picked it back up a week later after the repairs were completed.
