I was very fortunate to have George take care of me. I had never been ion this situation and George took me step by step and kept me aware of what was being done. My car looks fantastic but I don't think it would have been that way any place else. I thank George and all of you for making this accident into a learning experience. Quality Body Shop did an incredible job on my car. I had the unfortunate experience of being rear ended, but getting my car fixed with you guys made the whole situation not so bad. Customer service was on point and the updates were much appreciated. Not to mention my car looks fantastic, workmanship is superb! I am so impressed. Usually getting your car repaired is like getting a bad diagnosis from your dentist...lucky if all you have is to get a root canal. But, not with this car repair. Never have I experienced such respect for the customer. Thank you for the precision to details and courtesy of everyday life that goes on even if your car doesn't. I finally have a business to recommend!

I can't say enough about the fantastic service. Clean waiting area, employees friendly, continuous communication before/during and after, car finished on time, car returned to us cleaner inside and out than when we brought it in to the shop. They certainly match up to their name...Quality!!!

Very professional experience. Constant status reports and photos were amazing. I delayed starting the process, because I dreaded what would be in store, with rental, etc. But even the rental was delivered to the shop. This was a pain free experience and it appears all repairs were promptly and exceptionally performed. If it hadn't been for the dealer's delay, etc. My vehicle would have been completed within a week. Still I didn't have to do the running to the dealer either. I have already recommended Quality Body to someone and will continue to do so! Thanks for a great job.
