Tommy was a great contact for the process, from start to finish. He responded quickly and succinctly, reviewed the finished product upon customer arrival and took it upon himself to ensure that customer satisfaction was neither rushed nor uncertain. The front desk staff were courteous, helpful and positive throughout the entire affair. I was VERY pleased that Tommy and his team also went out of their way to reset my car rental so that I did not have to travel too far from the collision center for pickup nor return.

Looks like new and ahead of schedule. Apparently they Che led out other components as well, because when I dropped it off there was no washer fluid, but when I picked up there was. Job well done.
