In addition, I scheduled my drop-off date a week in advance, but my folder was still marked as "awaiting scheduling" and my parts were not ordered yet.

My vehicle took two months to complete and on top of it the car is still pulling to the right even though the alignment was "fixed", I brought my car here because of usaa and I am surprised it took more then a month let alone two full months. That's unsatisfactory considering it was supposed to be finished the last week of December and it ballooned to the two months it ended up taking. Most everything else was fine but I've needed my vehicle for a while now and having to use two rental cars and my dads truck for a week is not convenient by any stretch of the word, thank you for your time.
