Need more people persons like Scott He was great all other on line comments are mostly aboutunfriendly immature and very unprofessional behavior from 3 people. Putting customers on speaker phone really. Must be in teenage mode. The work is ok dealing with sarcasm not worth it.

The Acadia looked like new when we got it back. It looked awesome the way it was detailed. Sean worked with the insurance company to get additional stuff covered which was awesome. Thank you so much. The free loaner was so helpful since we did not have rental coverage. The text message updates were helpful to know what was going on. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I always recommend White Eagle to friends and it's the only body shop I will go to. Thanks for a great experience.

Happy with final product. Liked the e-mail updates. Office personnel were professional and courteous. Only negative item would be to fix one window took almost a week and a half with two changes in completion dates. I do understand that the part arrived damaged and a re-order was necessary. Overall I would recommend White Eagle to a friend. Thank You

I am very pleased with my experience with White Eagle Auto Body. I found the entire staff not only very professional but also very supportive to me and helpful. Besides all that, they even furnished transportation for me to pick up my car after it was repaired. That really meant a lot.

Texting updates were nice but a bit all over the place! Told five days by one person. Then update said eleven days...then it was done in seven days...

I have always had quality work performed by White Eagle but on a recent visit White Eagle failed to communicate a major change in my estimate/expected work. white eagle should communicate more openly with their clients and be aligned and consistent in pricing across the main office and work shop. Overall pleasant people with quality work but lack client focus/aligned expectation.
