The repair was great and the repairman was nice and friendly. However your clerks and manager were very rude and unfriendly. One told me my insurance company would never cover the subsequent vandalism that occurred to my car. This discouraged me from reporting it sooner than I did. The manager and the two clerks treated me like a criminal when I wanted to use my t-moble mastercard as payment. Of course they refused it even though it could have been verified with one phone call. Also I called to get name and address of the Hertz rental car and I was told by Angie that she was too busy to give it to me. I emailed twice requesting this and no response. Not happy, sorry.

The time estimates were all over the map. When it was time to pick up my car the amount due changed twice between the phone call and writing the check. The insurance company said they included damage (dents, scratch) that wasn't actually fixed.

I deeply appreciated the attentiveness and communication. My past experience with a body shop *cough* Gerber on Ogden *cough,cough* was fraught with a lack of communication. My only recommendation would be to instead of providing a link to this internal form, emailing a hyperlink to your google review page for your customers to easily add google reviews boosting your score. It's what I have done with my business and I'd be happy to show your office staff how it can be done very simply. Thanks again.

The staff was awesome to work with and had a good feeling after chose you to take care of my vehicle and not get taken advantage of. Not a local person here but I would recommend you guys to anyone that would need body work if they were in the area. Nice to receive emails during the work and after we picked up the vehicle and discovered that there was an issue not noticed by anyone until the engine had full warm up.You guys were very accommodating to find the problem and make things right. This was second time I used White Eagle and work was just as good as the first time. People are professional. My only disappointment is having to pay to have entire bumper painted when only a very small area needed repair. I hope someday a technique is developed where spot painting can take the place of refinishing entire bumper and saves people money. However, White Eagle does an excellent job and I recommend them for your repair needs.
