Great service! Couple of small concerns; took too long to schedule the repair...3 weeks. And second concern; stopped communication! I appreciated the text notifications up until the day my vehicle was supposed to be ready. The tests just stopped. I called only to be informed my vehicle would. It be ready until possibly the next day. The text states that I would receive a phone call first thing in the morning... it never arrived. I had to continue to call to find out about my vehicle. Your service was great at the start and just fizzled out! Follow through please!

The final product came out beautifully. I even notice that additional repairs to my vehicles paint were touched up which wasn't part of work order (rock chips on hood). I'm very pleased with the customer service experience it was excellent (Blake & Brenda). I was disappointed the first time I came to pick up my vehicle and the replaced parts paint color didn't match the rest of the vehicle, 13 Dec. In my initial walk through I specified I didn't want someone to try to blend the color but to use the manufacturers paint code to match perfectly. This wasn't done which led to another 14 days of a rental vehicle, $38/day. This is all billed to an insurance company, but ultimately its a charge that was unnecessary if the original instructions had been followed. Lastly, another disappointment was the final pick up when additional damage was done while in the care of the body shop. The manger (Tim, I believe) came out to verify. It is what it is, but my vehicle will have to go back in after the New Year for repair. Overall, it's been a series of unfortunate events. But, I'm confident that after the final repair work is completed my vehicle will look as it did prior to being hit, and that is what matters most.
