Even though the repairs weren't complete, I needed to pay the entire bill (4,130.88)to drive my car off the lot.
I was overcharged as well 2,500 on my credit card and a ****,690.88 check amounts to 4,190.88. The bill total was 4,130.44. Pretty shabby.

The only problem that I have is that the repair was originally estimated to take a week.
I had gone to another repair shop prior to USAA suggesting your compamy. They told me it would take 10 days. As a result I thought that is was a "no brainer". Then it took you two weeks plus one day. I know that things happen, but I was a bit disappointed by the under-estimation.
