Yal were very professional and I could not have asked for nicer staff to help me and will refer anyone who needs their vehicle repairs from an unfortunate wreck. Good work, but I would like a more realistic idea of when the work will be fonishd Don't tell me two days for a repair if it's going to take a week.

overall, I'll say that the repair job to my car was excellent but what you lack in is customer service. Employees were rude. I understand that when dealing with insurance that you have your limits but at the end what brings customers into the door is great customer service. Would I return to you guys for future work? Maybe. My gut says to pick another body shop.

It took entirely too long to have my car fixed. And I did not receive updates on my car as it was being fixed for an entire month. I do appreciate Ashley offering to fix the minor scratches in the paint at a later date without charge. Everyone was very friendly at the pick up of my vehicle.
