I loved the fact that the communication level was excellent. Everyone was pleasent and I didn't feel like I was being hassled to do anything that I didn't want to do. Being a female and not really knowledgeable of cars; sometimes when you walk into a male dominated workplace they try to take advantage of your lack of knowledge. I so appreciate that this experience was the total opposite. My car looked excellent and I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know.
