I was not kept updated with the status of my repair until work actually began. That was almost 3 weeks after I dropped the car off. I could get news by calling in, but news wasn't proactively pushed out to me until the shop had had the car for almost 3 weeks, as I said.

Appreciated the great and frequent communication, the quickness of the repairs and the quality of the repairs. The car looks brand new where it had been damaged. I also really appreciated the detailing of my car, both inside and out when I picked it up. It was a nice and unexpected touch.

The repairs were not completed correctly. The exhaust system has been installed incorrectly and there is a ding in the hood of the car that was not there prior to the vehicle going in for repairs.

I had previously had work done on this car in a previous accident. After getting my car back from that first accident my car didn't drive the same and I just wasn't satisfied with the service. I also tried to get explanations of what was wrong with my vehicle and how they fixed it and it really was an explain that well in previous services. So when it came to my second accident service King was recommended so highly that I decided to go with your service. When I came to pick up my car the manager took the time to go over my needs and was completely honest with me about everything. Not only did you come highly recommended but you stood up to that reputation and in this kind of business were people get ripped off all the time that's saying something. I believe you guys are true to your word and you do an amazing job and the results pay off and it shows. No matter how my car came to you guys, and no matter how bad or good of a job another place did, you decided to do the right thing fix it and be right by your customer. For that I cannot thank you enough and I will recommend you to several people every time because it's folks like you that make a difference and people should be honored to bring their cars to a loyal and trustworthy service. I can't thank the staff and personnel that worked on my vehicle enough as you took that extra mile and step to do a great job and a honest job.
