All the repairs were done correctly. Jesse, my contact at Service King did a fantastic job at keeping me in the loop as to the status of my vehicle though the repair process. The repair technicians were knowledgeable and did great job as well with all repairs.

Great experience! I booked last Friday for a repair date in November, and almost immediately Jennifer called to ask if I would like to bring my car in on Monday as she had had a cancellation. Today is Thursday. My car is done, the color is a perfect match and I wasn't expecting your team to wash my car, vacuum the (really bad) dog hair out and clean my floor mats. I liked the text updates, both from the automated system and from Jennifer. She was really friendly, quite professional and a great communicator. I cannot imagine how this experience could have been any better. Top notch.

From start to finish everyone was professional and super friendly. I had my car back a day earlier and it had been cleaned which was such a nice service. I also want to thank Jesse who was so nice and friendly, he kept me informed and he made this a very smooth transition to get my car back to me better than it was when I dropped it off. Thank you. Jennifer was amazing! She was so easy to work with and I literally had to just walk in, sign some papers and drop off my keys! Easy! My car was supposed to take two weeks to repair but Jennifer and her crew had it done in one. I am daily hauling groups of kids to various places so to have e my big car back was so important. Thank you Jennifer and staff for making our experience with service king a pleasure. It is rare to find a company with such great customer service skills these days. I have been singing your praises! Thank you thank you.
