Filed a claim with our insurance company. Service king took care of us in a matter of days. Jerry was friendly and helpful, and they even cleaned the sticky goo off the wheels of my new car left on by the dealership didn't even have to ask . Would definitely go back!

Steering problems obvious and bed of truck top still not fixed from impact of the accident. Disappointing. Called Jason in Littleton and had James in West minster shop drive it. Something jammed?

Well, maybe not "completely" satisfied, since I found the bolts holding the bumper loose when I got home. Everything else was top notch, especially the communication from Jason on the progress of the repair. Maybe add a QA process to the repair process? Thanks.
