Quality controls not implemented to ensure repairs completed. The truck had underpinning not bolted back as original, light and wire left hanging under truck rather than re-installed. Not big issues, all parts replacement and painting were well done.

The quality of the work Kendrick provided can not be faulted. However, I wish they had kept me better informed of the progress of the work. The expected 3-day job took 5 days. Kendrick never called to let me know about the delay. A simple phone call on the third day would have been appreciated.
