MISS. PEARL WAS GREAT WITH WORKING WITH MY 2016 MUSTANG. AS PARTICULAR AS I WAS WITH MY CAR AND THE FINE TOUCHES ON FINISH. SHE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND UNTIL I WAS 100 PERCENT SATISFIED. GOD FORBID I WILL HAVE TO USE THE BODYSHOP SERVICES IN THE FUTURE, BUT AS LONG AS MISS. PEARL IS HERE I WILL ALWAYS RETURN WHEN NEEDED!

I really appreciated the auto-messages they kept me updated on the progress without having to call myself everyday or every other day to check the status of my vehicle. Initially, I was reluctant to use an alternative body shop. However I'm so very satisfied with the work you guys did an awesome job and the customer service was outstanding-- hands-down.

I have nothing but great things to say the staff at MARLOW AUTO BODY. After being involved in a hit and run, I chose to go to MARLOW AUTO BODY because it was close to my home. Taneika Butler immediately contacted me by phone after being notified by NATIONWIDE that I wanted my car fixed there. Taneika was very pleasant and professional, and made an appointment for me to come in the very next day. She addressed me by name as soon as I walked to the counter, my car was taken in the back, and much to my surprise, I was walked over to ENTERPRISE and was In a rent-a-car within minutes. The staff at ENTERPRISE was equally as pleasant, concerned and professional as Taneika was. I've always enjoyed doing business with ENTERPRISE. My car looked brand new. The job that MARLOW AUTO BODY did on my car was fabulous, not to mention, it was washed and vacuumed out when given back to me. I really appreciated Ms. Sharon coming out at the end of my visit to thank me for my business and to make sure I was completely satisfied, and satisfied I was. Marlow Auto Body will ALWAYS have my business. Thanks for a great job!
