The car took longer than expected and quoted to be completed. I had to pay for my rental car and the delay doubled my price as I had to pay for an additional 4 days of a rental. I also thought after having my car for an additional 4 days tha it would have come back completely cleaned inside and out.

Erica did a fantastic job managing my repairs. After being rear ended non-fault, I was very frustrated to have to deal with this. She kept me in the loop at all times, noted my detailed expectations, and delivered my car back to me in better quality than it was before the accident. Start to finish was less than a week. Incredible! And I even had the car sent over to service for a brief diagnostic. Job well done, Ed Voyles. And many thanks, Erica! Say hi to Kevin I service for me, too. He's great! We go way back.
