Kinda shocking to see the part way done photo of my sweet Audi that you texted to me. Front bumper off. All the wires and parts spilling forward onto cement. I really did not need to see that "we are making progress" pic of my car looking worse than when it was towed to you. Happily, it looked great when I picked it up. I liken that pic to a brain surgeon sending a "we're part way done with your loved one's brain surgery" picture out to family in waiting room. Ugh. Didn't need that visual but now I'm so happy to have my car back. Thanks for finishing it earlier than expected and for being so friendly at pickup. Thx for getting my rental back to ERAC for me!
